Cancellation Policy

In-Person Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Window: All sessions must be booked at least three (3) days in advance. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not available. This ensures proper preparation, travel planning, and energetic readiness for each session. Travel & Location: Sessions booked outside a 30-mile radius of my current location may be subject to additional travel expenses. Any applicable travel costs will be clearly communicated and approved by the client before the booking is confirmed. No surprises. No hidden fees. Deposits & Payments A 25% deposit is associated with all bookings: The deposit is not charged at the time of booking. It is only charged within the 24-hours before your session starts. Payments: The remaining balance of the session fee is due in full prior to the start of the session. Sessions will not begin until payment has been received. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your session at any time more than 24 hours before the scheduled session with no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a non-refundable charge of 25% of the total session price. Cancellations made after the session start time or no-shows are treated as late cancellations and will also incur the 25% charge. Why This Exists: Each session involves preparation, travel coordination, and intentional energy work. This policy protects that time, that space, and the integrity of the work, for both of us.
